    It's not the first day of working out that's rough. Abdominal crunches, elevated push-ups, a three mile jog...these things don't really do more than make you sweaty and slightly winded. Then the next day happens: every muscle is on fire. Your abs and pectorals are filled with sewing needles. You're hungry but too sore to eat. Even your bones hurt. So yeah...happy Monday. I'm in pure agony.

    I'm trying to get healthy, but I can't go full-on healthy at the drop of a hat. I need to transition myself in manageable increments. That's why I'm eating Wheaties cut with Frosted Flakes.
